AT&T Mobile Phone Service Problems/Request for Phone Service Recommendations to Replace AT&T

Per phonecon with AT&T today they continues to have problems repairing the tower on 11th Street servicing our neighborhood leaving me with inadequate mobile phone service from my unit. Can someone please provide recommendations on a good mobile phone service provider that they receive good phone connections from our building? There also may be some added reception problems because I am in the rear of the building as opposed to the more open front area. Until I replace my AT&T service I repeat my request to all residents to contact AT&T to complain about poor reception in the building due to the tower outage if you are affected as well. Thanks.
